Grant Westerson has more than 55 years in the recreational marine industry starting at the bottom when his family opened a Bertram Yacht dealership. Cleaning and preparing new boats for delivery and troubleshooting and repairing used trade-in vessels lead to mechanical service schools, electrical seminars and fiberglass repairs and eventually taking over the family business operating a full service marina, new and used vessel sales and a seasonal storage facility.

Earning the Accredited Marine Surveyor Yachts and Small Craft designation by the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors in 1993 has led to many years of professional surveys, consulting and deliveries from New England to South Florida.
